i'm so glad to hear that your project is complete!! and that you celebrated it!! i sometimes think we don't allow ourselves a chance to soak up our successes, to feel proud... we're too busy thinking about what comes next!
a package arrived this afternoon with the most precious gifts. one of them a mug with the word, "breathe" printed on it's side. it was from my sister and made by an internet friend... such a gift. other bits and bobs made their way inside the box, as well... a good book, some hand-spun yarn, gifts for the kids. i was and am overwhelmed with gratitude.
i've had lots of opportunities to breathe... both today and in the last week. sometimes it's the kind of breath that is full and comes out with a huge exhale and is full of gratitude and sometimes it's the kind where you take a breath and maybe even walk away, instead of saying something you might regret. sometimes i get it right and sometimes i fail. thank goodness for grace. and school.
